LOST CITY TEYUNA: THE PATH TO ORIGIN This expedition is a high-endurance physical challenge leading to the ancient stone terraces of the Tayrona civilization. The essence of this journey is the privilege of entering a sacred territory guarded by indigenous communities who uphold their ancestral traditions. This is not a conventional tourist attraction; it is a test of resolve in the heart of the Sierra Nevada.
Physical Requirement: High level. Expect 12 to 15 km of daily hiking through mud trails, steep inclines, and river crossings under extreme humidity. This experience is strictly for travelers in excellent physical condition. Not recommended for those with pre-existing injuries or limited mobility.
Luggage Logistics: This is a self-carrying trek. Each traveler must carry their own gear (5-7 kg) for the entire duration. Main luggage must remain in storage at the Hostel.
